We understand that shopping online can feel risky for some, so we do our very best to ensure that size charts, descriptions and photographs are presented accurately so that you can feel confident that you will be in love with your purchase!

Please keep in mind that we are a growing company and do not have the same policies as department or chain stores
. At this time, we are unable to offer cash refunds, but will be pleased to provide an exchange or store credit for returned items. We encourage you to carefully review the size guides and descriptions listed, and of course, we welcome any questions you may have about any of our items.

Sale, discounted, and clearance items are a FINAL SALE.

If, for any reason, you need to exchange an unwanted item, simply contact us within 5 days of receipt. We can only offer you an exchange or store credit providing that the items are in perfect, sellable condition and have all their original labeling, tags, and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.
Any worn, washed, stained, soiled (including but not limited to odour from: cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), altered, incomplete, or customer damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back at your cost. Please note that if we are unable to reach you with the contact information you have provided, we reserve the right to destroy the ineligible item(s) after two weeks.

How to make an exchange:

1. Any exchange requests must be submitted to info@rebelleromantique.com directly within 5 days of receiving the product. Upon approval, all eligible exchanges will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be received within 14 days after the return process has been initiated.

2. Exchanges are allowed for size only. Simply include the size you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange. If the size requested has additional costs associated with it, the customer must pay the difference. If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs. We offer only one exchange per order.

3. Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or the package will be returned back to you.

4. We advise that you ship with a traceable method and request a tracking number when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.

6. Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. The customer will also be required to pay for shipping cost to send the exchanged item to them.

7. To complete your exchange, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping and delivery times will vary.

RETURNS

If you receive damaged, defective or inaccurate products, first of all, we apologize! Please contact us with 5 days of receiving the product so that we may arrange to either replace the product or issue you a refund if the product is no longer available.

Damaged, defective or inaccurate products must be photographed and our team must approve that the image is indeed a flaw due to a manufacturing defect, or other. Every return is done on a case by case basis.

How to return an item due to manufacturer flaws or processing errors:

1. All returns must be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. To initiate an RA, you must contact us at rebelleromantique79@gmail.com, within 5 days of receiving the product. Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or the package will be returned back to you. Upon approval, all eligible exchanges will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be received within 14 days after the return process has been initiated.

2. We advise that you ship with a traceable method and request a tracking number when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the damaged merchandise and will be seen in your next credit card billing cycle.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside of the time frames outlined above.
